Comments: Received my order today. Original delivery day was Monday but it had been sent from 'local' DO to another one by mistake. It was returned yesterday and delivered today. After apology about mistake on Monday I've had no information about delivery till I had a message saying that it had been delivered.
Admin reply: Thanks for the info about your delivery. We are sorry Royal Mail messed up your delivery by sending it to the wrong area. We will add this info to our Royal Mail Managers report so RM knows they are failing our customers.
